NITROGEN PURGING TO TRUCK

The Fusion 4 MSC-L has the built-in functionality to control Nitrogen Purging to Truck.

Nitrogen purging is employed to clean the vapor and loading arm lines before commencing with loading operations of LNG.

RELEASE TRUCK PRESSURE

After performing the Nitrogen Purge, release the truck pressure into the vapour return is the internal pressure is above atmospheric pressure. This is an optional feature and can be enabled if required.

LNG RECIRCULATION

The Fusion 4 MSC-L has the built-in functionality to perform LNG recirculation.

LNG recirculation is used to maintain the pump, meter, valves and metering run at the desired temperature for loading to prevent unnecessary product evaporation and maintain meter accuracy.

If LNG temperature is warmer than -140°C, the MSC L will give the user an option to start the recirculation process (when enabled) until the desired temperature is reached. If the required temperature is not reached, the MSC-L will inform the user to rectify the situation.

LNG Loading consists of 5 steps:

Load Profiles are available to enable better diagnostics and optimisation.

Streams

The Honeywell Enraf MSC-L load computer can control up to 24 product streams simultaneously.

Loading arms

Up to 6 loading arms, each with additive and/or blending streams can be loaded simultaneously on the MSC-L.

Communication ports

The MSC-L/A boasts up to ten communication ports – three Ethernet and seven serial ports. It supports a range of proprietary and industry standard communication protocols.

IO Count

At full capacity, the MSC-L/A can handle more than 600 IO points. A combination of analogue inputs and outputs as well as digital inputs and outputs.

TOP LOADING ARMS

Top loading arms permit the transfer of liquid or liquefied gas from one tank to another through the manhole on the top of a road or rail tanker.

LPG LOADING ARMS

Generally described as an LPG station, the system comprises of a liquid LPG loading arm and a vapour LPG arm, mounted on a single standpost.

FOLDING STAIRS

Simple access to and exit from a tanker is provided by the folding stairs unit. Available with a range of optional safety cages.

TANKER LOADING PLATFORM
