854 ATG SERVO GAUGE
Like the radar, the Servo is also certified for use in custody transfer level and SIL 2/3 safety applications. It has become a global industry standard for servo level gauging.
854 XTG SERVO GAUGE
The XTG is a high performance alternative to other tank level measurement technologies. XTG servo gauges are SIL 2/3 approved with an accuracy of 1mm.
ACCURATE AND RELIABLE TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT
For accurate inventory management, accurate temperature measurement is vitally important. Honeywell Enraf’s unique range of temperature measurement solutions ensure the highest accuracy combined with unmatched reliability. Probes are available with 9 or 16 elements covering a large range of tank heights. An optional water probe can measure free water in the bottom of the tank.
Field displays are typically mounted at grade level and display all measured variables. This means operators don’t have to climb to the top of a tank to read the level. Some allow configuration and diagnostics of the connected radar gauge in the field. Tank side displays for servo gauges allows commands to be issued to the connected gauge to initiate for example a density dip.
HYBRID INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Connecting a digital pressure transmitter to the radar or servo gauge, allows the gauge to calculate the average product density to a high degree of accuracy. The Honeywell SmartLine flanged pressure transmitter works extremely well for this application although pressure transmitters from other manufacturers may also be used provided they offer the required accuracy.
